Return policy.

All NT Loops ship from the United States, and some international orders may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are solely determined and controlled by your local customs policies upon arrival to your country. We will not refund an order if you simply refuse to pay any international duties or taxes required by your local customs officials.

Once your order is shipped by NT Loop, any delayed or missing packages must first be investigated by YOU contacting the courier (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.) responsible for the delivery and filing a claim before contacting us for a potential refund or replacement.

If your item is defective, we will send you a new one at no cost to you. Simply send us an email to support@ntloop.com with a picture and quick description of the item.

It's important to note that we cannot issue a refund for items that have been damaged due to improper use according to our user guidelines

If you'd like to return your order for any other reason, we will refund the cost of your NT Loop order, minus any shipping charges. 

To qualify for a refund, you must 1) send us an email to support@ntloop.com with a reason for your return, and 2) mail back your order in brand new condition. We’ll issue your refund immediately upon receiving your returned item in brand new condition.
